How does mental pollution affects our brain??

Yes, our thoughts can be harmful, thoughts affects not just our brain but our entire body. Worry, anxiety, depression etc. could cause serious neurological problems, clouded thinking causes harm in one's progress in life, eventually leading to health issues it can create either mental imbalance or physical or may be both.

Fear of failure or fear of losing your belongings or to satisfy one's ego have harmful effects in the long run.

We are what we think and what we think defines a lot about our health. Many medical studies have proved that our negative thoughts lead to anxiety and depression which effect the hormones and eventually all organs, that are already stressed due to wrong diet, starts to malfunction resulting into blood pressure, diabetic, heart issues, thyroid and many more. 


Mental pollution is another term to unwanted thoughts, negative thoughts and over thinking. These pollution leads to Anger, jealousy, greed, lust and affection. However when used in wrong way it creates more problems.

Mind is instrument through which we see, sense, talk, smell and hear. So mind is directly responsible for our emotional and physical well-being.
